Roughcheck help types are used to categorise the help offered with the each of the questions in a Roughcheck check.
Each Roughcheck Check can have many types of help and these can be added to, but not removed if they have been used in a question.
Perhaps you might start with a simple FAQ and Glossary
To create a FAQ help type, click the New button on Components/Rough check/Help types.
Enter the title as FAQ, the description to 'First asked questions.' then save the record. You will see the FAQ added to the list
To create a Glossary help type, click the New button on Components/Rough check/Help types, then Enter the title as Glossary, the description to 'Definition and meaning of the words and phrases used.' then save the record. You will see the Glossary added to the list.
When a Roughcheck check is created it can now use any of the help types to assist with the questions.
